Michael Burrows is an Australian singer/songwriter. He has recorded his original songs with Neil Finn (Crowded House). Neil sang on two of Michael’s songs and he has also supported Martha Wainwright on a run of her solo shows in Australia.
Michael recently got to co-write with Grammy Award winning writer Frank Myers who co-produced Michaels debut E.P in Nashville. His music has been described as a fusion of folk, Americana and alt-rock with hints of artists such as The Beatles, Wilco, Eagles and Ron Sexsmith.
From intimate solo shows to full band performances, his songs are deceptively simple about complex things: love, family, home, and trust.
