John Legend, generally known for his soulful ballads tickling the ivories has released a song that gets a little more political. The nation is still abuzz with the grand juries not indicting the white police officers involved in the case of Michael Brown and Eric Garner.

John Legend responded to the decision of the Garner Case with the following tweet:

The day after Legend released the song “Glory” from the soundtrack of the upcoming film “Selma” about the black voting rights in 1965. You can listen to the song below.
