Attend the Free Online Guitarist’s Tech Workshop

Playing the guitar isn’t just learning the proper notes. There is a lot of technical work that comes with mastering the instrument. You may have the fastest fingers on the strings, but you still might not get the best sound out of your equipment. You’re not alone, and that’s why CreativeLive ‘Music & Audio’ is live streaming a free course: Guitarist’s Tech Workshop on March 23 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PST / 12:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST. The two-part course will teach you how to get the best sound out of your gear. There will be beginners basics about setting up your guitar to a more in-depth look at tube amps and ensuring you get the best sound you can out of them.

The workshop will feature Kurt Bloch from Gibson Guitar who has years of experience in the music industry from starting The Fastbacks to working with The Presidents of the United States of America and Tokyo Dragons. Along side Bloch will be Ben Verellen who started Verellen Amplifiers in 2000, which now is fully-staffed in making tube amps for respected musicians in rock and metal.

If you’d like to watch the live-stream make sure you sign up here.
