10 Year-Old Conducts Star Wars Music

Charlie Kirby has been making a name for himself in the world of orchestra conducting. Recently the 10-year-old was chosen as guest conductor for the Columbus Symphony Orchestra in John Williams “Imperial March” from Star Wars. He also conducted LaGrange Symphony Orchestra at age six and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra at nine. Music runs in Kirby’s family. His mom is a music teacher and his father is a band director.
